the guy is out!

Not many reality shows or tv programs can get my attention except So You Think You Can Dance. I am a hugh fan of the show! This evening I saw my favourite dancer voted out of the show.. yes.. Dmitry Chaplin. *sobz sob. I agreed wholeheartedly that ryan is good but I prefer Dmitry's elegant and smooth moves. He is also humourous and gentleman. A wonderful personality!! Not to mention, he has the looks and physique that I think any guy would willing trade with, even if it cost him an arm and a leg.

here is a video of him dancing. Oh~

spring-cleaning

Ever since in university, spring-cleaning comes every semester. The room and table ( include my brain) have to be cleared and emptied to make way for new stuff. Despite so many spring-clean sessions, I still discover lots of lost stuff that brought back forgotten memories. Just a few minutes ago, I found a slip of paper tucked at some corner of my cupboard. It was written by someone in secondary school. Clueless who she is because the person left her signature only, though a few guesses can be made. The note said this:

1.4.99

Dear Shirlyn,

there is a person who actually likes you alot since he saw you on last tuesday. he told me not to tell you. But I cant do this to you as to keep you in the dark. So, i decided to tell you. The boy is also at our age. Very nice-looking. How I wish I can have him.

Luv,
(signature)
P.S This is not an April Fool's letter. I don't fool my best friend...

Seriously think it is an April Fool's letter because I look like a TOOD back then. However, it was written by my best friend. hmmm... brought back lots of memories. Stupid and interesting things done in secondary school.

christmas

12 days to Christmas and soon 2006 is over! How time flies~ 20 year old le *sob. Must be less blur and gulliable. I couldnt imagine myself in the highly competitive, cruel and merciless workforce at the tender age of 21. I must learn all lessons in NUS. God please teach me more...
Christmas is also the time for thanksgiving. This is the part one, dedicated for my friends.

I am truly blessed with all the friends around me. To name a few:
1. consonance, let me feel belonged despite not being with them through the hard time.
2. aikido, allows me see true bond that goes across generations, oceans and continents.
3. fencing, where life lessons are picked up.
4. miss eng hong, constant support in life which includes weekly dosage of cold jokes and messages of encouragment, and Christian walk.
5. miss edlina, being with me when I need someone beside me.
6. miss yian ling, offered her helping hand that in everything.
7. miss dolly, brightened up my days/nights with her calls from england.
8. mr zheng chang, understood my hectic situation and worked doubly hard for our project without complain; cheers anyone up.
9. mr sirui, lent his matriculation card to borrow Chinese books and even extent the deadline to aid me in preparation of my exam
10. mr ming quan, wanted to deliver the lame to my doorstep despite it was late at night and he lived rather far ( 40 min drive); offered to meet me instead of me meeting him when I am asking a favour from him.
11. mr jonathan, willing to take my fencing staff and pass to my friend the next very early morning. It is the thought that counts buddy!

The list just goes on... sorry to those who are not listed. Your deeds and thoughts will be remember as long as I did not get amnesia.
